The proctor will join the video call. The proctor's camera will be turned turned off and will ask to see your photo ID to verify your identity.
Before you start taking your test, open the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test app and enter the organization ID and patient code that you received in your appointment confirmation email into the Ellume app. If you don’t have the codes from your email, your test proctor can provide them to you. If you take your test without entering the organization ID and patient code, you will not receive a valid result for travel. Follow the steps below exactly.
Open the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test app and tap the menu in the top left corner
Click Organization ID from the menu (the fourth option)
Enter in the Organization ID and Patient Code given to you by the test proctor.
Note: You can only take one test per mobile phone at a time. You must wait the full 15 minutes for each test to complete before you can start a second one.
