STEP 1: FIND A LOCATION NEAR YOU
Choose the location where you would like to get your vaccine. You can select from approximately 5000 locations nationwide.
STEP 2: REGISTER
Register and pay online. Skip the paperwork and long lines at the pharmacy.
STEP 3: VOUCHER
We will email you a voucher and the form you filled out online. Print these out and take them with you to the pharmacy and get your shot. Pay nothing at the pharmacy!
STEP 4: VACCINATION RECORD
Once we receive verification that your vaccine has been completed, you’ll get a Vaxigo electronic vaccination record that you can share with anyone you want.
