Once you have your test kit, schedule your video observation call within the timeframe that you need to take your test. Please note that you will have to take your first iHealth test 24-48 hours before you take your telehealth-validated test. Be sure to review the rules required by your employer or travel destination.
Please Note: Schedule a separate appointment for each person who will be taking a test. All members of your group can join the call together, but each person must have their own appointment registration.
FDA Emergency Use Authorized at-home rapid antigen tests can now be used by travelers to meet the COVID-19 testing requirements to enter the United States and many other travel destinations.
In home antigen rapid test results are now accepted by the CDC from travelers who are returning to the United States. Tests that have received an Emergency Use Authorization or other government authorization such as the iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Self-Test can be used for this purpose. You must take your test under video observation with ID verification and receive a validated result. AZOVA will provide you with these services.

The test has been authorized only for the detection of proteins from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens, and is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostic tests for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the declaration is terminated or authorization is revoked sooner.
