This service can be used for video observation for at-home COVID-19 tests purchased outside the United States (where permitted by local authorities) that require a validated test result md can be used for travel. We do not guarantee that your travel destination will accept any particular test that is taken with this service.

An AZOVA video proctor will verify your ID, observe you taking your test, and provide a validated test result with proof of observation and identity verification. Please determine if our service will meet the requirements of your travel destination before you book an appointment.

• You must have a separate test kit for each person who needs to be tested and you must book an appointment for each person who needs to be observed.
• Each independent adult must create their own account and appointment, but you can all join a single call together at the same time.
• If you are scheduling on behalf of a dependent, please schedule your own appointment first. The system will then automatically direct you to schedule an appointment for your dependent under your account.
• Add your dependent’s information on the screen that asks who is the patient.

You will be asked to upload your photo ID and passport number (if you have one) during the registration process. We’ll send you a scheduling confirmation email with instructions on how to take the test on the video call.
