Aeroméxico has partnered with AZOVA to provide authorized testing solutions for international and domestic travel. Choose the test you need.
How it Works
STEP 1
Find an authorized testing location near you or request a concierge to come to you (
click here for concierge testing instructions). We recommend that you schedule your test when you book your trip to ensure test availability.
STEP 2
Schedule an appointment for each person who needs a test. Make sure that your appointment time will meet the testing requirements for your destination. Use the chart below to determine when you should take your test.
STEP 3
You will receive a QR code in a confirmation email. Print or display this code at your testing location to provide proof of payment. If you don’t have access to your code, our testing partners can look up your reservation by name.
STEP 4
Arrive at the testing location at the time of your appointment and follow the instructions to present your QR code and get tested. Please make sure to wear a face covering at all times.
STEP 5
You will receive a digital and downloadable copy of your test results via a secure link in the AZOVA app or website. You will also receive your free COVID Credentials™ travel passport which you can use to share your results with airlines and others. Results will be available in less than 3 hours for rapid antigen tests and less than 24 hours for rapid RT-PCR tests.
STEP 6
Complete any travel authorization forms as required by your destination and provide it to the airline before you board your flight. Have a safe trip and thanks for using AZOVA!

We offer the following tests. Please review each test and determine which test is right for you.
Rapid RT-PCR Testing
- Also known as NAAT or molecular testing.
- Results in 24 hours or less.
- All our RT-PCR tests are authorized by the FDA.
- Not accepted by all countries. Please check the requirements for your destination to see if it is accepted for travel.
- You may enter your passport number to be printed on your test result (required by certain countries)
Rapid Antigen Testing
- Used to diagnose actively infected individuals.
- Results in 3 hours or less.
- Positive results may require further RT-PCR testing.
- Not accepted by all countries. Please check the requirements for your destination to see if it is accpeted for travel.
Concierge Testing
- Provider-administered nasal or nasopharyngeal RT-PCR testing without the hassle.
- Our authorized testing partners will come to you!
- Our providers are tested regularly, wear protective equipment, and will maintain a safe distance.
- Available in most major U.S.cities.
- Results within 12-48 hours from the time your sample arrives at the lab.

Our testing partners in these locations provided authorized tests that can be used for travel back to the United States as well as to other destinations. Looking for in-home testing?
If you are traveling from the United States and would like to take an in-home test, you can AZOVA’s convenient in-home RT-PCR saliva or nasal test. Testing is simple. You will receive results electronically 12-36 hours after the lab receives your sample. Please note that this test may not be suitable for travel to all destinations.
